A little expectation about working with 3:16 team REALTY…. As we’ve personally experienced not-up-to-minimum level of expectation caused us to share this very crucial information when working with us.

I sleep very little. I’m up by 3:30 or 4am and work until 1100pm at night (most days). So sometimes when I say, End of Day – I could mean end of my 11pm day. I love what I do so it never feels like work. Sometimes I feel I breathe, eat, sleep and think too much real estate!
If you ever need anything from me that’s urgent, send me an email first. Otherwise text me. I work well on both. I respond very quickly unless I am in an appointment. If I didnt respond by end of day, it might mean I didnt get your message. Try it! I might just be on the other end waiting for your response back. You might never know.
I’ve been selling real estate in and around the Frisco TX area since May 2003. I hold a TX Real Estate broker’s license now, since 2007.
In 2007, my husband (who is also a Realtor) Michael and I started our real estate company, 3:16 team REALTY. The good Lord has blessed us with lots of clients to serve, so we are able to keep our geographical area very small. That also gave us the opportunity to know our turf like the back of our hands.
If you have contact us about home buying or selling in and around the Frisco TX areas, and if you changed your mind about moving to Frisco, but want to venture into areas we know little about, just let us know. We know a lot of agents in the area so we will be able to connect you with the best there is for the areas you are considering.
We are not high pressure salespeople. We believe in serving you well by providing you the information you need, help and guide you about the areas/ real estate, etc. and inject our opinions when need to. But we would never pressure you into buying anything you are not ready for. When we see a good deal, we will also tell you about it, at least you are made aware. We treat others the way we expect to be treated and high pressure sales is definitely not my cup of tea.
I’ve created a new website, Frisco TX Homes. So do check back once a while to learn about real estate, people, news in the area. You will really get to know Frisco and everything in it very well.
On the personal side, we have 2 young children. A 5-year old and a 6month old. Hence, the sleeping very little…. Get the picture? LOL. So, there are some times where I may take an hour here or there to run their errands, take care of their needs throughout my “awake” hours. So, it’s not like I work 20 hours a day.
Besides work, our family is our priority. We have our extended family living next door. So, other than work, that’s all we do is to spend time with family, friends, clients and church.
